is a home for resonance, where our deepest intentions can be expressed and amplified, just as an instrument transforms ideas into music. It is a place where we connect with like-minded people who resonate with us.
Our community thrives through proactive contribution: giving before receiving. Because by giving, we create an ecosystem of mutual support and generosity.
Inspired by the spirit of Burning Man, we keep our door open. This shared responsibility calls for everyone who enters to care for and nurture our space, cultivating a sense of collective ownership.
We invite friends into our space, and they in turn invite the people they love, creating a snowball effect of trust and connection.
We provide creatives and builders with a canvas for expression. Here, everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and supported as they pursue personal growth and bring projects to life.
We understand that our happiness is deeply connected to our relationships, that’s why we intentionally cultivate meaningful connections and practice open, thoughtful communication.
We strive to question assumptions and work through disagreements by exploring deeper understanding, rather than conflict. This is a safe container for authenticity, where everyone can be who they truly are without fear of judgment or exclusion.
Our goal is to build a space that nourishes us first, and in turn, it nourishes others. We share this space with the community, but it is first and foremost for the residents, who care for one another and pursue their passions together.
This is not just a social experiment. This is our life and how we choose to live it — together.
Music
We gift musicians and performers a platform where they can express their creativity. We’ve hosted chamber music parties, jazz nights, and epic raves in our basement. Every other Sunday, we host an Open Mic where any performance is welcome.
Visual Arts
Our first visual art project was an audio-reactive 3,000 LED ceiling. It was a community initiative that assembled the ideas and work of over a dozen talented people. In January 2025, we started a gallery featuring talents of our community. Our goal is to design a space that unites artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts in an environment designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and growth.
Spirituality
For us, spirituality is any practice that helps us become wiser, more compassionate and embodied. Our spirituality includes plenty of critical philosophical discussions. From meditation classes to animal movement workshops, from tai-chi to cuddle parties and multisensory mindful dinners, we continue to host events that promote presence and wonder.
